is currently Manager of the Community Response Team, Public Safety Office, Halifax Regional Police. Jane's role with HRM is to help communities - both residents and business - feel safe from crime, or fear of crime. Accordingly, Jane's involvement with CPSNS is an extension of her drive to create safe communities. Jane has been with HRM since amalgamation (1996) and prior to that time worked for the former Town of Bedford and the Cities of Halifax and Dartmouth.
